Rates & Booking: All rates are fixed. By booking, the client agrees to the selected package and pricing with no negotiation.
Retainer Fee: A retainer fee of $70 is required to secure all bookings. This fee confirms the date and time and will be applied toward the total balance.
Preparation: Clients are responsible for arriving fully prepared for their session. This includes hair, makeup, outfit selection, and pose ideas. Outfits should be tried on prior to the shoot to ensure proper fit.
Use of Time: Booked time includes the entire session process, including setup, shooting, outfit changes, adjustments, and breakdown. Sessions may end up to 5 minutes prior to the scheduled end time to allow for cleanup. No additional time will be granted for setup or breakdown.
Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is provided. After 15 minutes, a $40 late fee will be applied. If the client is 35 minutes or more late, the session may be canceled with no refund of the retainer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day rescheduling (under 24 hours) will incur a $50 fee. Once the scheduled session time begins, rescheduling or time adjustments are not permitted.
Images & Return time: We make every effort to ensure consistent quality of all edited images. Standard delivery of raw images is 24-48hrs. Standard return time of edits is 7-9 days from day images were chosen. We recommend shooting 10-12+ days prior to date images are needed. If the wrong image was chosen by client and post production has already been completed by photographer, a new fee will be attached to choosing the correct picture for re-editing.
Props: CTE Photography LLC is not responsible for providing specific props such as balloons, cake and confetti. Clients are encouraged to bring any props or accessories necessary to achieve their desired look.
On-Location Sessions: Please contact in advance as on-location may not be booked online. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.
Privacy: All client information is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Rights of Use: CTE Photography LLC retains the right to use all images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients who prefer their images not be used must request this prior to the session.
Agreement: By completing the booking process, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
